Christmas & New Year 2024 - Free from alcohol, coffee and social media! 

On March 4th, 2024, Katy made the decision to stop drinking alcohol because she wanted to reach a stage in her adult life where she no longer relied on that single glass of red wine to unwind. She aimed to cultivate a mindset that transcended this habit, developing the natural ability to foster a sense of peace and calm without needing a substance like red wine. Over time, habits form, and this had undeniably become one that Katy leaned on for solace and inner tranquillity. Fast forward ten months, as she approaches her one-year milestone of sobriety, Katy has established an inner mindset that she can access at any moment throughout her day or night. No longer does she wake up at 3 or 4 AM feeling restless and anxious. For the past three months, she has experienced deep, restorative sleep, with very few nights spent without the comforting feeling of sleeping soundly, free from anxiety or dread. This journey has not been easy for Katy, but she chose to take on this year-long challenge for her own well-being and for her family. Having recently celebrated her first sober Christmas and New Year after many years marked by the ups and downs of alcohol, she is filled with joy and embracing the profound sense of inner calm and contentment that comes from confronting unhealthy habits head-on.
