Do you provide ongoing support beyond 1:1 sessions?

Absolutely, yes. Powerful-Direction is set up with a wealth of resources and further studies. Katy offers her clients access to resources following their sessions with her, as well as in between sessions. After each session, Katy shares reading and listening (self development homework), for her clients, dependent on their need, ability and interest. She has access to various platforms of books, podcasts, fellow mentors, fellow coaches, self-development networks and motivational tools for growth. 
The same applies for consulting retainer arrangements; Katy is available to support over a period of time dependent upon the project requirements outlined within the initial proposal and agreement.

What are your rates?

Katy offers a free initial 1 hour consultation with all of her clients first and foremost, to establish their business and wellbeing goals. She then produces a business proposal based upon the objectives discussed and the timeframe expected to deliver on those objectives. Her rates are then negotiated dependent upon her clients circumstances i.e. corporate, not for profit and government funded will differ.

Do you work with men?

Katy works with men and women in business. Her clients vary in age. Her youngest clients have been early 20s, and her eldest clients have been late 60s. Katy does not work with children.

Do you offer a program instead of individual sessions?

Yes. Katy offers coaching programs for example she has designed and published coaching programs for the following areas of business and wellbeing:
