Re-energising unmotivated employees and preventing burnout requires a combination of strategies that address both the emotional and physical well-being of employees. Here are some practical steps to help and which Katy provides in either her talks, webinars, or workshops:
1. Recognise and Address the Root Causes
2. Improve Work-Life Balance
3. Set Clear, Achievable Goals
4. Foster a Supportive Work Environment
5. Empower Employees
  • Delegate Autonomy: Give employees more control over their projects. When people feel they have ownership over their work, their motivation often increases.
  • Encourage Innovation: Allow employees to contribute ideas for new projects or improvements in current processes. A sense of contribution to the organisation’s direction can reignite passion.
6. Promote Mental and Physical Well-being
7. Regular Check-ins and Feedback
8. Provide Opportunities for Growth
9. Encourage a Culture of Appreciation
10. Prevent Burnout Through Sustainable Workload Management
11. Foster a Culture of Trust
12. Leadership and Emotional Support

By implementing these strategies, you can create a work environment that re-energises employees, reduces burnout, and fosters long-term engagement and satisfaction. Consistent and thoughtful effort is required to sustain motivation and prevent burnout.
Supporting neurodiverse leaders is essential to fostering an inclusive and effective workplace where diverse perspectives are valued. Neurodiversity refers to the natural variation in the human brain and includes conditions like ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and others. These leaders may think, work, and lead in unique ways, and supporting them involves creating an environment that embraces these differences while addressing any challenges they may face.

Here are several strategies to effectively support neurodiverse leaders and Katy works with executive teams to design bespoke mentoring and coaching programs for their company and teams:

1. Understand and Appreciate Their Strengths
2. Create a Supportive Environment
3. Promote Open Communication
4. Provide Reasonable Accommodations
5. Mentorship and Professional Development
6. Foster a Culture of Inclusion and Understanding
7. Encourage Work-Life Balance
8. Recognise Their Contributions
9. Provide Clear Career Pathways
Katy provides mentorship and support to adults grappling with feelings of hopelessness and loss of faith resulting from significant life challenges. Her ability to offer resilience and motivational coping strategies stems from her own lived experiences and how she has successfully navigated tough situations. As part of her professional network, Katy collaborates with psychiatrists, counsellors, coaches, OTs, Nurses, Physios, Nutritionists, Pain Coaches, PTs, Spiritual therapists and psychotherapists. If safeguarding concerns arise or if her clients require further assistance to enhance her mentorship programs, she will advise and refer them accordingly.

Katy consults on a part time freelance basis; varying on need of the client and project. She also consults for equity with people who's long term vision aligns with her own. Her day rate starts at £600 and as part of her discovery call with her prospective client she will take into consideration their business and personal circumstances and price a proposal for review prior to commencing a project.
Katy's rates vary dependent upon her clients needs and circumstances. Her programs start at £1000. Clients who sign up to her 6,12,18 week programs then have access to Katy for a lifetime because of her vested interest in supporting her people on their life long journey towards optimum wellbeing in both life and business.

Equally Katy has worked with clients for one off sessions where she simply 're-sets' her clients mindset. This would be a one off session cost.
