Overcome burnout

  • An in depth 6 week coaching program. Each weekly session lasts for 90 minutes. These can be either in person or virtual, dependent on client need and location. Katy's 6 week program consists of focused sessions that guide and coach her clients through challenging life events, to change, and to overcome severe burnout.
